Dear partner,

We invite students of your university to attend the LUT Winter School at Lappeenranta University of Technology, Finland, on 11 January - 19 February 2016.

During the LUT Winter School students will have an excellent opportunity to experience beautiful winter in Nordic country all the while studying the relationship between economy, technology, and culture and increasing the intercultural competence. We offer two course packages:

- IBTM (International Business Technology Management) programme which offers period-long courses, duration 6 weeks. There are 8 different courses in business and technology, ranging from 2 to 6 ECTS credits. Student can take either all IBTM courses or make a selection of some of them. Additionally, students can attend Finnish language course for beginners.

- Intensive courses; 3 courses, duration of each is 1 week; the scope of each course is 3 ECTS credits.

The cost for the programme is the following:

- IBTM courses - tuition EUR 795 + accommodation EUR 700

- intensive courses - tuition EUR 595 + accommodation EUR 500.

Thus, the LUT Winter School is a six-week academic program offering both period-long and intensive courses. All courses are designed for business and technology students, who are either completing their Bachelor's or doing their Master's degrees. All courses are conducted in English.
